with Black Forest ham and bratwurst filling

Mix the minced meat with the chopped onions, salt, pepper, paprika, both eggs, and some breadcrumbs. Form the minced meat mixture into a roast and place it in a baking dish. Then make a well in the roast and line the well lengthwise with the ham (approx. 6 slices). Skin the sausages and press them together. Place the sausage meat on top of the ham. Make a well in the sausage meat and place the 3 boiled eggs in it. Now seal everything together to form a roast. Wrap the roast with the remaining ham (approx. 6 slices), setting aside 2 slices for the sauce. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 1 hour. Then drain the meat juices into a saucepan. Now pour in 250 ml vegetable stock and 200 ml cream. Cut the remaining ham into small pieces. Peel and dice a small onion. Add both to the sauce and let it simmer for a while. If necessary, thicken with a sauce thickener and season with salt if desired.
