proof that meatloaf is always underrated
Mix the minced meat with the eggs and breadcrumbs and season with pepper and salt. Pour evenly into a greased baking dish. Bake the meatloaf at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes until soft and then slice them. Mix the mascarpone, chopped chives, Emmental cheese and wine into a cream and season with pepper and salt. After the meatloaf has baked for 20 minutes, remove it from the oven and place the potatoes on top, then spread the cream on top. Bake everything together for another 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, until the cream is lightly browned. A Burgundy white wine goes perfectly with this dish.
