Meatloaf on brown bread with mustard topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of brown bread
  • 4 slices of meatloaf, 150g each
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 2 medium-sized onions, cut into fine cubes
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 4 slices of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the bread on a baking sheet and top each with a slice of meatloaf. Arrange the tomato slices on top. Mix the sour cream, onions, and mustard and spread on top. Then place a slice of cheese on top. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. A quick dinner is ready.
