Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and mix with the eggs. Bind with breadcrumbs to form a firm dough. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with butter, then shape half of the minced meat into a loaf, place it in the dish, and make a well in the center. Place the cheese in the well and top with the rest of the minced meat. Make sure there are no holes or tears, otherwise the cheese will leak out later. If you like your meatloaf crispy, dust it with a little breadcrumbs. Layer the potato slices around the meatloaf. Season each layer with salt and nutmeg. Finally, pour the cream over the potatoes. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about one hour. Tip: If you replace half the cream with milk, the dish will be lighter.
