Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g cauliflower florets, frozen
- 200 g goat curd
- 2 tsp herb mix, Italian
- 12 olives, black, without stones
- 4 tomatoes, dried in oil
- ½ jar pepper(s) pickled in oil
- 2 eggs, size M
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Finely dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Mix all ingredients well, season to taste, and pour into an oiled dish. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
