Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon and stir in. Gently heat the cream in a saucepan and stir in the batter last. Bake the batter in a waffle iron.
