Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, with nice skin
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker until just tender. Halve or quarter them unpeeled, depending on their size. Place them on an aluminum grill tray and brush with a little olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and scatter the chopped rosemary over the potatoes. Cook on the grill until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.
