Mediterranean lemon cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 20 g capers
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a spread, but also very tasty as a dip

Pluck the parsley leaves and chop them. Finely dice the tomatoes and finely chop the capers. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Mix the prepared ingredients with the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. If you prefer a more acidic flavor, add more lemon juice a little at a time. The mixture tastes great on pizza bread or as a dip for vegetable sticks.
