Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pasta, e.g. farfalle
- 2 packs of mozzarella
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
- ½ jar dried tomatoes in oil
- ½ jar olives, black, without stones
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar Rosso and Bianco
- salt and pepper
- Basil, dried
- Seasoning salt (tomato)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Cut mozzarella and ham into small cubes. Wash and halve tomatoes. Halve olives. Dice sun-dried tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Dress the salad with a few generous drizzles of good olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, tomato seasoning, and dried basil. Serve with fresh ciabatta or as a side dish to grilled food.
