Mediterranean pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pasta, e.g. farfalle
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ jar dried tomatoes in oil
  • ½ jar olives, black, without stones
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar Rosso and Bianco
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil, dried
  • Seasoning salt (tomato)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Cut mozzarella and ham into small cubes. Wash and halve tomatoes. Halve olives. Dice sun-dried tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Dress the salad with a few generous drizzles of good olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, tomato seasoning, and dried basil. Serve with fresh ciabatta or as a side dish to grilled food.
