Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 15 large olives
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 pack of brown mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- 3 tbsp processed cheese
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp dill
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with white wine, olives and herbs
Dice the onion and garlic. Sauté in a pan with olive oil and deglaze with the white wine. Slice the spring onions into rings and add them. In a second, larger pan, sauté the mushrooms in plenty of olive oil and add the diced ham. Slice the olives into rings and let them simmer with all the remaining ingredients over low heat for about 20 minutes. Gradually add the cream cheese and mustard, along with the herbs and spices (ground if possible). Season to taste with chili, salt, and pepper. Serve with spaghetti with freshly grated Parmesan and parsley.
