Sucuklu Pizza
Add the dry yeast to the lukewarm water and mix. Add a teaspoon of sugar to the yeast mixture. Put 3 cups of flour into a bowl. Add the salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture and knead into a soft dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place. Roll out the risen dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can also brush the sheet with olive oil) to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Spread a little ketchup (you can also use passata) on the dough and top the pizza with sucuk, feta cheese, mushrooms, olives, and onions (the toppings are, of course, subject to variation). Sprinkle with grated cheese. Crush the garlic and mix it with the Mediterranean herb mixture in a little olive oil, then brush it over the pizza crust. Let the topped pizza rest for another half hour and then bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C.
