Mediterranean Soup (stew)

- 500 g Clams canned
- 250 g Small shrimp cooked
- 500 g Potato freshly peeled
- 250 g Soup vegetables
- 100 g Chopped onion
- 200 g Chopped tomatoes
- 20 g Chopped ginger
- 20 g Chopped garlic
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Vegeta spice
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry
- 6 tablespoon Asian fish sauce
- 0,5 teaspoon Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 2 teaspoon Peanut butter
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Dried rosemary
- Briefly fry the onion, garlic and ginger, about 10 minutes. Add the mussels and shrimp and sauté for about 10 minutes. Put the rest of the ingredients except sour cream and tomatoes in the saucepan and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn it off and stir in the sour cream. Taste and enjoy. A tip for peanut butter. Dissolve them in a little hot water and then add them. This prevents the lumps from remaining. Sweet or dry red wine goes well with it.
