Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g tortellini
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 mozzarella
- 100 g ham
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 5 tsp pesto Genovese
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- e.g. milk
- 1 tsp olive oil

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Simple, quick & delicious
Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions, drain, and let cool. Trim the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Dice the mozzarella. Mix the tortellini, mushrooms, mozzarella, and diced ham with the mayonnaise and pesto. Let it marinate for a few hours. If the salad is still a bit dry, add a little more milk. Perfect for any barbecue.
