Pasta salad from Rosi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti or fine croissants
  • 150 g Lyoner, in one piece
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 1 jar mushrooms, whole heads, approx. 190 g
  • 1 gr. can/n peas, approx. 560 g
  • 1 class can/n carrot(s), approx. 200 g
  • 1 gr. jar of mayonnaise, approx. 500 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the Lyoner sausages. Peel and finely dice the bell peppers. Quarter the mushrooms. Slice the carrots. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Place in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Mix everything with the mayonnaise and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Serve with baguettes. It’s easy to prepare ahead of time. It also tastes great with grilled food.
