Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of rice (express rice, Mediterranean)
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 m.-large tomato(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with express rice if you need it quickly
Wash the tomatoes and dice them. Trim the spring onions and slice them into rings. Drain the tuna and shred it slightly with a fork. Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the spring onions. Then add the tomatoes and simmer briefly. Add the rice and 3 tablespoons of water and mix well. Finally, add the tuna and cook for 5 minutes. This amount is enough for one hungry student or two small lunches.
