Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour, type 405
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g dark chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes about 20 cookies
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. Meanwhile, beat the egg and sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture, mix in the flour and baking powder, and stir in as well. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of space between them, as the dough will spread quite a bit. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes. The cookies will still be soft, but they will firm up as they cool; only then should they be placed in tins, otherwise they will crumble. Makes about 20 cookies. They are crispy, but still have a touch of chocolatey moisture. Always a favorite with kids!
