Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine
  • 180 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g poppy seeds, unground
  • 1 cup of cream
  • n. B. chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

with unground poppy seeds

Combine all ingredients except the cream in order. Pour into a springform pan and bake at 175°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Immediately after baking, drizzle evenly with the cream. Let cool, then cover with chocolate glaze.
