Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 275 g hazelnuts, ground
- 75 g ground almonds
- 100 g cake icing (hazelnut couverture)
- e.g. sprinkles (colored sugar confetti)
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

super delicious and eaten up in no time, without flour, with chocolate icing and colorful sugar confetti
Brown the nuts in the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes at top/bottom heat. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer on high for about one minute. Gradually stir in the hazelnuts and almonds on medium heat. Mix the breadcrumbs and baking powder and stir in briefly on the lowest heat. Grease a loaf pan (25 cm x 11 cm) and line with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake at 160°C (fan oven) or 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, cover the batter with baking paper and bake for another 20 minutes. Let it cool briefly, prepare the hazelnut coating according to the instructions, and spread it over the cake. Immediately sprinkle the colorful sugar confetti on top and let it cool.
