Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

This salad dressing goes well with all leaf salads and cucumber

In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the lemon juice and a splash of water until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, Maggi sauce, and sugar.
