Melon and basil drink for the barbecue

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 Galia melon or honeydew melon
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 1 handful of crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for all meta types

Peel and deseed the melon, and cut the flesh into large cubes. Pluck all the leaves from the basil pot and add them to the blender along with the melon flesh. Top with a handful of crushed ice and blend everything.
