Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g melon(s) (watermelon), without peel and seeds
  • 100 ml syrup (lime syrup)
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine (Prosecco)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the melon pulp in a blender. Mix the fruit puree with the lime syrup. Fill each of four glasses with one tablespoon of crushed ice and pour over the syrup mixture. Top with Prosecco.
