Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g meat substitute (chicken substitute, available in health food stores)
  • 50 g bell pepper(s), green, diced
  • 50 g red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 50 g celery, diced
  • Parsley
  • chives
  • 150 g mayonnaise, vegan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the fake chicken (preferably in a blender) and add the vegetables, parsley, and chives. Mix well. Add the mayonnaise and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate. Serve as a sandwich filling or with crackers.
