Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g melon(s) (watermelon), diced
- 400 g honeydew melon(s), diced
- 1 jar sparkling wine
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
simply delicious and very refreshing
Place the melon cubes in a large saucepan. Add the gelling sugar and sparkling wine. Set the stove to high and heat until the sugar melts. Then insert a hand blender and blend everything until no lumps remain. Bring to a boil while stirring for 3 minutes. Immediately pour into boiled jars, close the lids, and turn upside down.
