Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g honeydew melon(s) or watermelon
- 1 tbsp syrup (agave syrup)
- 4 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp sweet lupin powder
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), oat or rice drink
Instructions

Peel and deseed the melon, and cut into small pieces. Place it in a blender and add the agave syrup and orange juice. Puree thoroughly in a blender or mix well with an immersion blender in a tall container. Add the lupin powder and plant milk and blend well again. Pour into a glass and place a melon wedge on top, for example, and serve with ice cubes.
