Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 watermelon(s)
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 bag of walnuts
- 1 packet of powdered sugar
- 1 bunch of mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
easy and fast
Heat the pan and add the walnuts. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and toss the nuts regularly with a wooden spoon. Spread the finished mixture on a baking sheet to cool. Divide the melon into bite-sized pieces. Crumble the feta cheese over the melon pieces. If necessary, crush the cooled walnuts slightly with a rolling pin or a bottle and fold them into the melon and feta pieces just before serving.
