Melon Salad with Feta

  • 0,5 piece Watermelon
  • 0,5 piece Honeydew melon
  • 0,5 piece Cantaloupe melon
  • 0,5 piece Galia melon
  • 0,5 piece Piel de Sapo melon
  • 0,5 piece Cucumber
  • 200 g Feta
  • 5 Stalk Basil
  • 4 piece Spring onion
  • Catalan salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 piece Lemon fresh
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic bianco
  • 4 tbsp Linseed oil
  1. First of all: The information relates to mini melons!
  2. Peel and core the melons and cut into bite-sized cubes. Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes. Cut the spring onion (with the green) into fine rings. Cut the feta into fine cubes.
  3. Put everything in a bowl. Finely pluck or cut the basil and add.
  4. Squeeze the lemon and mix with the rest of the ingredients to make a marinade, pour over the salad and mix gently. Serve immediately.
