Melon Feta Salad
The perfect melon feta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Diced watermelon
- 150 g Crumbled feta
- 1 Squeezed lime
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt pepper
- 3 Leaflets Mint
- Black pepper from the mill
- Mix the lime juice, honey, oil, salt and a little pepper and pour over the melon cubes, leave to steep for 10 minutes.
- Place the melon on a plate, sprinkle with the crumbled feta cheese.
- Finely chop the mint and sprinkle over the cheese. Grind some pepper from the mill over it before serving.
