Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g watermelon(s)
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 1 bulb(s) of fennel
- 2 stalk(s) Celery
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 12 basil leaves
- Salt
- some peppercorns, pink
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the melon, fennel bulb, and mozzarella. Slice the celery. Mix everything together. Mix the vinegar, oil, and salt and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with the pink peppercorns and basil.
