Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pretzels, from the previous day
- butter
- 1 liter beef broth
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
so simple and so delicious
Cut the pretzels into bite-sized pieces and fry them in a little butter until crispy. Meanwhile, heat the beef broth (preferably homemade), season to taste, and chop the chives. When serving, first ladle the soup into bowls, then add the melted pretzel pieces and sprinkle with chives.
