Cauliflower and sausage pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 sausages, cut into pieces
  • Oil, or clarified butter, for frying
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 250 g cauliflower, in florets
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • some cornstarch or locust bean gum, mixed with a little water
  • some sugar or other sweetener
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the sausage pieces in the oil. Add the onion and sauté slightly. Add the cauliflower and broth and simmer for 25 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the curry powder. Thicken with the cornstarch and refine with the sweetener and Worcestershire sauce.
