Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, melted
- 200 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 250 g nuts or almonds, ground
- 120 g cocoa powder, sweetened, or Kaba
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1 jar cranberries
- 400 g whipped cream, whipped until stiff
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Dough without flour
Cream the butter with sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add the nuts, cocoa powder, baking powder, and rum. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 45-50 minutes. Once cooled, spread the cranberries on the cake, then spread the whipped cream on top. Finally, sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles.
