Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 m.-sized potatoes, cooked
- 3 gherkins
- 3 apples
- 200 g pollack fillet(s), in oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
With pollock and potatoes
Chop all ingredients finely and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with brown bread, whole-grain bread, and pumpernickel. A light beer or sparkling water is a good drink.
