Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g Merguez, lamb with beef
- 1 kg bell pepper(s), colored
- 3 chili peppers, mixed
- 3 large onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cut the sausages, peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces. Just make a few cuts in the chili. Place all ingredients in a deep baking tray and mix well. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
