Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g cane sugar
- 1 pinch vanilla powder (bourbon)

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until white, then slowly add the sugar mixed with vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Depending on the intended use, use 2 tablespoons of the stiff-set egg whites to form or place them in a pile on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at approximately 80°C (convection oven), with the door closed, or with top and bottom heat. Place a wooden spoon between the top and bottom of the door to allow moisture to escape.
