Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed meatballs
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 4 Spring onions
- 400 g Chinese cabbage
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces, clean the spring onions and cut into slices. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan (or wok) and fry the mince in it. After 5 minutes add peppers and spring onions and cook with them.
- Fold in the Chinese cabbage and stew for 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce.
- It goes well with rice or just fresh baguette.
