Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed meatballs
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 400 g Chinese cabbage
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces, clean the spring onions and cut into slices. Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.
  • Heat the oil in a pan (or wok) and fry the mince in it. After 5 minutes add peppers and spring onions and cook with them.
  • Fold in the Chinese cabbage and stew for 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce.
  • It goes well with rice or just fresh baguette.
