Minced Pepper Sauce and Spaghetti with Olives
The perfect minced pepper sauce and spaghetti with olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ground beef and paprika sauce:
- 500 g Ground beef
- 500 g Bell peppers (red, yellow, orange)
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 size Onion
- 300 g Cocktail vine tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Italian herbal mixture
- 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Spaghetti with Olives:
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 1 glass Pickled olives, pitted
- 35 g Butter
- Black pepper from the mill
- 4 tbsp Grated cheese
Ground beef and paprika sauce:
- Grate, core, wash and cut the peppers …. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes … Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces ….
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions until golden brown …. add the minced meat … season with paprika, herbs and pepper …. fry vigorously … then season with salt … mix in the tomato cubes and cook for 5 minutes …. then fold in the diced paprika …. cover and simmer for 10 minutes …. thicken a little with the ketchup …. season with salt and pepper again …. ready …
Spaghetti with Olives:
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente … in the meantime, drain the olives and then chop them up …
