Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, mainly waxy
- 2 onions
- ½ bunch chives
- 40 g butter
- 500 g minced meat
- ¾ liter meat broth (instant)
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- sweet peppers

affordable and easy!
Peel and slice the potatoes and onions. Slice the chives. Fry the onions in butter until translucent. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Then add the raw potato slices, pour in the broth, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and simmer covered for 30-35 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
