  • 1 can/n peach(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some cane sugar
  • some sweetener
  • Butter for the mold
  • Flour for the mold

Instructions

A delicious recipe, also suitable for larger parties. Whisk the crème fraîche with the egg until smooth and sweeten to taste. Layer the puff pastry in a greased and floured dish, along with the crème fraîche and the sliced ​​peaches. Bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes, until the mixture is thickened. Finally, just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and char, or if you don’t have a blowtorch, sprinkle with sugar just before baking.
