Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 250 g crème fraîche
- 1 can/n peach(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- some cane sugar
- some sweetener
- Butter for the mold
- Flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
A delicious recipe, also suitable for larger parties. Whisk the crème fraîche with the egg until smooth and sweeten to taste. Layer the puff pastry in a greased and floured dish, along with the crème fraîche and the sliced peaches. Bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes, until the mixture is thickened. Finally, just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and char, or if you don’t have a blowtorch, sprinkle with sugar just before baking.
