Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour
- ½ liter of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 4 Mettwurst sausages
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
In a bowl, whisk the flour and milk until smooth. Beat in the eggs and season with pepper and nutmeg. Then, fry the sliced Mettwurst sausage in 4 batches in a pan with oil. Add 1/4 of the batter and fry 4 pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a green salad.
