Mexican Shot

Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • ½ liter of vodka
  • 1 liter tomato juice
  • ¼ liter sangrita
  • 2 cl Tabasco
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir well, and season to taste. If you like it spicier, use a little more sangrita instead of tomato juice. Be careful when seasoning; if you snack too much, you’ll be pretty drunk by the time you make it. I then pour the shot into swing-top bottles and refrigerate them for several hours, as the drink tastes best cold. It also makes a great party favor!
