Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 large tortilla(s) (wheat tortillas)
  • 6 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pepper(s), red, chopped finely
  • 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 450 g roast beef, sliced ​​(cold cuts)
  • Sauce (salsa) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For each wrap, tear off a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil and place the tortilla on top. Spread the lettuce, meat, tomatoes, peppers, and salsa on top. Roll the tortilla tightly and then wrap it in aluminum foil.
