Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia
- 500 g yogurt
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Chop the onions and garlic into small cubes. Do not shred! Then place all ingredients in a food processor and mix thoroughly. Transfer everything to a large bowl. The dip tastes best if you refrigerate it for a few hours! Serve with chips or other raw vegetables!
