Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 ml double grain beer
  • 1.2 liters of tomato juice
  • ½ liter Sangrita Spicy
  • ½ bottle of Tabasco
  • 50 ml Sriracha sauce, more if desired
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar, Indian

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare a large bowl large enough to hold everything, pour in the Doppelkorn schnapps. Pour in the Spicy Sangrita and season to taste. Add the tomato juice, pepper, salt, and Tabasco. Whisk to combine, and taste again. The Mexican taco will achieve its desired flavor only after adding the cane sugar and Sriracha sauce. Stir again and season to taste with additional Sriracha sauce. The Mexican taco is ready to serve.
