Mexico Fish with Guacamole
The perfect mexico fish with guacamole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Fish fillets, e.g. Cod, Salmon etc.
- Taco or burrito seasoning
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil, alternatively another oil
- 1 Pc. Avocado
- 0,5 Pc. Chilli pepper
- 2 Pc. Limes
- Salt pepper
- 0,5 bunch Coriander
- Wash the fish fillets, pat dry and, depending on the size, cut them in half. Rub the taco seasoning all around. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pieces of fish in it for about 4 minutes on each side.
- For the guacamole, halve and core the avocado and scoop out the pulp. Mash finely with a fork. Finely chop the chilli and stir in. Season to taste with the juice of a lime and salt and pepper. Pluck the coriander leaves and roughly chop them. Stir in as well.
- Place a dollop of guacamole on each piece of fish. Serve with lime wedges. This fits z. B. Rice. I prepared the rice in vegetable broth and then seasoned it with lime juice, a dollop of butter, salt and pepper and finally added halved cherry tomatoes.
