Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter
- some salt and pepper
- ½ small jar capers in brine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
delicious with grilled fish
Cream the butter until soft and creamy and season with salt and pepper. Drain the capers well and set two or three aside. Finely chop the remaining capers and stir them into the butter (this works best in a blender). Serve the butter in a bowl and garnish with the remaining capers. The caper butter tastes great on grilled fish.
