- 30 g oat flour

- 100 ml currant juice
- 5 g baking powder
- some cinnamon
- 2 tsp sweetener
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese

Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat the batter either on a plate or in a microwave-safe dish for about 3 minutes at 500 watts. For the topping, mix the quark with the juice. Add enough juice to reach the desired consistency. Season to taste with sweetener and drizzle over the finished cake. Sprinkle with the coconut sprinkles and serve.
