here the baked apple roaster was misused

A small microwave-safe dish with a lid; a roasting pan for baked apples is ideal. Alternatively, a heat-resistant deep plate made of porcelain or ceramic, or a tall, narrow bowl made of the same material, can be used as a lid. Wash the bell pepper, cut off the top, and remove the seeds and white pith. Squeeze the water from the toasted bread soaked in water and place it in a bowl. Add the finely chopped shallots, the finely chopped or crushed garlic, the egg, the skinless sausage pressed from its skin, the ground fennel, ground pepper, and salt. Mix everything well. If the batter is too soft, add 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs, if necessary, and then fill the bell pepper with everything. Place a thick slice of tomato and the top of the pod on top. Add the rapeseed oil to the container, cover the bottom with one or two not-too-thin tomato slices, and place the bell pepper on top. Close the container with the lid and microwave for about 8 minutes.
