Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ pack of Mie noodles
  • 100 g almond flakes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 m.-large iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes

Chinese noodle salad

Bring the vinegar and sugar to a boil and let cool. Add the oil and soy sauce and shake well. Let stand for 24 hours. Place the noodles in the bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Brown them with the flaked almonds and sesame seeds in 1 teaspoon of butter and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of granulated stock. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Combine all ingredients just before serving.
