Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mie noodles
  • 250 g smoked tofu
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 150 g broccoli, frozen
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Prepare the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Cut the tofu into cubes, fry in 1 tablespoon of oil, deglaze with the teriyaki sauce, stir, and set aside on a plate. In the same pan with the remaining oil, sauté the sliced ​​carrots and zucchini, diced garlic, thawed peas, and thawed broccoli. Cover and cook over medium heat for about six minutes. Stir the mie noodles into the vegetables and season with sugar and soy sauce. Serve with the tofu.
