Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Combine the cream, milk, and rosemary sprigs in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then remove the pan from the heat and let it steep for about 20 minutes to absorb the rosemary aroma. Meanwhile, soften the gelatin. Once steeped, remove the rosemary sprigs, add the sugar and the softened gelatin (squeezed out), and stir in. Pour into molds and refrigerate until the gelatin sets.
